Take water and salt in a bowl mix well. After 15 minutes knead the dough about 5 minutes more. Adding oil or ghee makes the dough soft and makes the chapati softer.
Add wheat flour and further mix them together. You can make a different kind of chapati like Paneer chapatti. 7 Keep adding the water to the mixture while kneading until the dough is thick and soft.
